Therapy is most helpful when the process is guided by you and your goals! Your OSTC therapist will collaborate with you to get clear on what YOU want out of therapy, and then follow your lead. This means that at OSTC, your therapy will always be LGBTQ+ affirming and focus on whatever goals are most important to you. If you don’t want to spend time focusing on your identity as an LGBTQ+ person, that’s okay—we can focus on other challenges in your life.
I’m still exploring my identity. Am I still welcome at OSTC?
